POLICE WILL ALLOW YOU TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS WHEN CALLING.

Some acts not in progress can be reported online, see Useful Links.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

1.  Cottage Lane has private streets owned by Cottage Lane Homeowners Association and our it has ruled  SKATEBOARDING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!  Violators are to be reported and fined.  Contact WestCoast Mangement, our new HOA (see Contacts page).

There is also against the law to skateboard on regular city streets.  Please use the skateboard park only.

2.  Our pool is for residents only.  And NO ONE is allowed in the pool area after hours, even residents!  Anyone not obeying these rules will be caught trespassing.

Nearby neighbors are trying to sleep or enjoy the quiet hours--including Saturday nights, please respect them.

3.  Excessive dog barking should be reported to police.

4.  Loud parties are now covered by new city laws (copy of brochure in Literature page of this site).  After 11pm, police get even more forceful.

Please take parties inside after that time, and music equipment will be confiscated if heard 50 ft. from the building in which it is located.  Police say that "your peace can be violated at any time", but after 11pm, it is more serious.

This applies to WindingWalk Park also.

5.  There is a Graffiti Hotline (619) 691- 5198.  If in progress, call 911.  And recently these laws got tougher!
